Breakfast Eggs and Avocado with Spreadit Bacon Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 gm Basil Seeds
  • 2 gm Melon Seeds
  • 10 gm Bacon Jam
  • 2 gm chopped basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 slices Toasted Bread

Method

  1. Add a few drops of oil to a non-stick frying pan. **
  2. Break ** an egg and fry till the white has cooked through
  3. Slice up the avocados and place on top of the toasted bread**
  4. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado
  5. Salt and pepper as preferred
  6. Spoon heated bacon jam on top of the egg**
  7. Sprinkle the basil seeds and melon seeds **
  8. Add the chopped basil leaves
  9. Eat**
