Vegan Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado ripe chopped
  • 30 gm coconut yoghurt
  • 5 gm coconut sugar
  • 10 gm cherry chocolate spread

For Garnish (optional)

  • 5 gm Chopped avocado
  • 2 gm Basil Seeds
  • 2 gm melon seeds

 Method

  1. Take a blender and blend everything apart from the garnish into a smooth paste.
  2. Empty out into a bowl
  3. Put fresh fruits, seeds and all things healthy on top as garnish
  4. Pop into the freezer for 10 mins and eat. **
