
Ingredients
- 1 avocado ripe chopped
- 30 gm coconut yoghurt
- 5 gm coconut sugar
- 10 gm cherry chocolate spread
For Garnish (optional)
- 5 gm Chopped avocado
- 2 gm Basil Seeds
- 2 gm melon seeds
Method
- Take a blender and blend everything apart from the garnish into a smooth paste.
- Empty out into a bowl
- Put fresh fruits, seeds and all things healthy on top as garnish
- Pop into the freezer for 10 mins and eat. **
